The Arab League, Apple Pie and Indigestion
King Abdullah of Jordan is once again repeating the mantra of the Arab League, which Jordan is a member Foundation:
"The main problem in the region is the Palestinian question and, if unresolved, are impossible to solve other problems." Jerusalem Post [March 2, 2007]
Palestine has an area of approximately 120,000 square kilometers, which was divided into two sovereign states - Israel (22,000 km square) and Jordan (92,000 square kilometers) - more surface area of 6,000 square kilometers known as the West Bank and Gaza in which state is not yet declared.
The Arab League called for a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and the West Bank and Israel's acceptance of an independent Arab state with Jerusalem East as its capital.
This means
(I) the expulsion of some 400,000 Jews currently living in the West Bank who have lived there for all or part of the last 40 years.
(Ii) the perpetual abandonment by Jews of all claims to reconstitute their national home in the West Bank and Gaza attributed to him by the League of the United Nations and reaffirmed by the United Nations.
(Iii) the failure of Jews to their biblical heart where they lived as a nation independent, long before the Arabs arrived in the region as foreign conquerors and occupiers seven centuries after the birth of Jesus.
La Liga Arabic has shown no sign of willingness to abandon this "all or nothing" by agreeing to hold the Jews living in part of the territory in dispute, all the others and Arab residents of Jordan becomes part as it was between 1948 and 1967.
Second Arab state in Palestine, which has been proposed in the last 20 years, is as ridiculous as it suggests a second Jewish state in Palestine.
Two people - Jews and Arabs - the need for two states in the former Palestine, not three.
While the Arab League continues in this uncompromising attitude is a problem, but only the choice of the Arab League.
The Arab League consists of 22 member states and covers nearly 14 million square kilometers, in which about 320 million Arabs live.
It is completely untrue incredulous and called for a dispute continuous over 6000 square miles of housing three million Arabs must first be resolved before all other problems of the region can be resolved.
But that is precisely what the Arab League has sold the Quartet - the United States, Russia, United Nations European Union and the United. - And have swallowed the line and sinker
Stunned by this story that could have come from the Thousand and One Nights, the Quartet has made billions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of hours of care and diplomatic maneuvers to try to resolve this problem. They are not parties to the conflict that goes far grid.
Meanwhile, the Arab League has much more serious fires raging out of control in some of its' own member states, which threaten to consume the time of the Arab League itself.
In fact, some League members such as Syria are actively helping to stoke the fires of providing weapons, money and transit of terrorists to overthrow governments other States States where life is anything but pleasant.
biggest problem of the League involves a non-Arab state - Iran - where the Islamic world leadership, through the supremacy of Shia Islam as the dominant Sunni Muslim religion of Islam, the religion of most Arabs.
It is a clash of ideologies that must first take place before militant Islam can hope to achieve its goal of making Islam the dominant religion of the world.
Islam can not be a leader not two to achieve this goal. It will be a leading Shia or Sunni?
The fact that the Arab League to prevent Iran from meddling in Lebanon the Palestinian Authority and Iraq has given Iran to facilitate the entry and Shiites in the Arab world and the future existence of the Arab League in a serious threat.
The white ants are in the month of March and the construction of the Arabic is the danger of total collapse.
Maybe it's time for the Quartet to tell the Arab League to start solving problems affecting their own Member States, like Lebanon, Iraq, Algeria, Somalia and Sudan, where the lives of 100 million people are at risk every day and where the view of Muslims and Muslims blow up the mosque after mosque bombing is incredible
The Quartet should also put the question of Palestine the burner and focus, effort and political influence (if available) in the real and pressing problems described above.
The creation of another Arab state of 6000 square kilometers of land when you already have 22 Arab States, 14 million square kilometers of reminds me to the land of gluttony who received 99.5% of the apple pie, but still was not satisfied and demanded the rest.
Encountered severe indigestion.
