How to obtain a small size without breaking a sweat
Here is how to achieve small size and eventually lose the love handles. I did the following method and lose more than 2 inches off my waist in a month!
This exercise is so simple to do and it has an effect that suggests to me that many of my friends and family and all her results.
Getting a smaller size
This exercise is not has nothing to do with burning calories and you never have to do a simple sit-ups.
Most exercises are or the size of contractions abdominal, such as crunches and push ups, cardio and fat burning programs. Cardio is a great way to lose weight and increase your energy, but can be time consuming. Abs are painful and can actually cause back problems.
This exercise makes the muscle below the abs. As my coach told me once: "It real abs, not superficial "
So here's how it goes.
Be sure to breathe deeply while doing so. When you take your first breath, suck in your gut and keep both the breath and stomach Hold for 10-20 seconds. If you can not hold their breath for so long, that's fine. Always do so as possible. Take your time and slowly release as you exhale.
That's it. Repeat as many times as you want. Obviously, the more you do, you will notice results quickly. I think the best thing to do is split their representatives through the day.
It's just a very simple and effective way to get a small size, without even breaking a sweat!
